Senior Partner
Mr. Kamrul Hasan is the senior partner of Alive Advisory. He brings with him over one and a half decades in Accounting, Auditing, Valuation, Financial Analysis, Risk Management, Project Financing, Budgetary Control, TAX, VAT, and RJSC-related works. He possesses good communication skills and decision-making capabilities which play a vital role in success.

Mr. Kamrul has vast experience and knowledge in the nonprofit sector. He conducted a detailed audit on NGO Prequalification capacity assessment for disaster response linked to financial capacity and management/organizational ability on country renewing 26 NGOs, including BRAC, OXFAM GB Bangladesh, Care Bangladesh, Concern Bangladesh, and others conducted by The United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
Mr. Kamrul Hasan was the Secretary & Chairman of ICAB- Chittagong Region in 2016 & 2018 respectively.
ZIA UDDIN KADER

Ziauddin Kader is one of the founders of Partners of Alive Advisory and brings over a decade of Audit, Finance, Forensic, Corporate Secretarial, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Management Systems knowledge. He is an affiliated Chartered Accountant. He leads the technology wing of Alive Advisory and has been instrumental in automating the various compliance-related process.

Ziauddin Kader started his career in 2008 in Chattogram, Bangladesh. In this decade, he served nationwide FMCG like SA Group of Industries, Liyna Logistics BD, and others.
Ziauddin Kader also Provided consultancy services to the various multinational client as Deputy Manager in Mak & Co. (Member Firm of Santa Fe Associates International, USA) like Daraz Bangladesh, Lamudi Bangladesh, Carmudi Bangladesh, Jovago Bangladesh, ABA International Limited, Everjobs Bangladesh, Advance Equipment Limited and many others. He supervised the Internal and External audit process in SUMMIT Power Company Limited, ULVS Bangladesh Limited, SUMMIT Chittagong Power Limited, Rajuk Employees Welfare Fund, ABA International Limited, Progress Apparels Limited, Green Smart Shirts Limited, Axis Knitwear Limited, Fine Desh Development Limited, FNF Resort Limited, and many others. In 2017, He was playing a vital role in Sanofi Bangladesh Tax Fair for his employees.

AL MUNTASIR SAKIB
Managing Partner
Al Muntasir Sakib has played one of the most prominent roles to take Alive Advisory through its momentous journey of corporate success. He has dramatically added to the technical expertise and knowledge base of the leadership team at Alive Advisory. He is also an expert in Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Secretarial Works, and advisory works related to setting up VAT and Income Tax Regulations.

Al Muntasir Sakib started his career in 2015 in Dhaka. He joined Mahamud Sabuj & Co in 2022. He is also managing partner of Alive Advisory since 2019. Before joining Alive Advisory, he worked as Internal Auditor in Raetco Limited in Dhaka.

Fosiul Alam is one of the Consulting Partners of Alive Advisory and brings with him over a one and half decade of Secretarial Compliance, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, VAT, and Tax Management Systems knowledge. He is a member of the Chittagong TAX Bar Association. He is one of the leading experts in complete Company Management Affairs and specializes in the areas of Corporate Secretarial, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate TAX, VAT and Licensing.

Fosiul Alam started his career in 2000 in Chattogram. In this long journey, he has served in different sectors like Garments, Frozen Food, Export, FMCG, Cement, etc.
He has served as CFO of Marine Food Limited. He also leads the Accounts in Sunman Group Bangladesh. He has extensive knowledge in TAX, VAT, RJSC, and other secretarial services in nationwide FMCG like S A Group of industries in testing conditions. Currently, he is in charge of New Strategic Business Unit (SBU) development in the SEACOM group. Besides this, he has an interest in Project Profiling.

Mr. Shahadat Hossan is the consulting partner of Alive Advisory. He is a corporate lawyer. He is a practicing advocate at the Honorable Supreme Court of Bangladesh & Honorable Judge Court of Chittagong, who has years of experience in advising MNC’s and National companies in regards to many different aspects, significantly labor, insurance etc.
